The Palms Oceanfront Hotel

We stayed in the oceanfront room with two queen beds. The room was nice and the view was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We did have a few issues. The floor should have been swept and mopped before we checked in. It was sandy and sticky. It was great having a Keurig, however the room was only stocked with two regular coffee pods so needed to frequently have that refilled. Finally the toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot toward the back of the toilet tank causing the roll to frequently fall off the holder. If these items weren’t an issue, I would have given a five star rating.

I booked a double queen for one night. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Everything I needed was available. I was impressed with the proximity to the beach and to The Windjammer (I was in town for a show). The closeness made it super easy to take a quick walk to the water, come back to the room, and leave again. I loved having a continental breakfast option, too. I would definitely stay again.

All staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Continental breakfast is perfect. Cookies, coffee, and hot cocoa are available all day. The beach is just steps away... I would stay here again :)

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location for easy access to beach When we arrived for check in, we literally had to wait for exact time not a minute sooner. Service were not too friendly Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows not comfortable! Walls are paper thin. Breakfast was light but sufficient for quick grab and go. Had bottled water, apple or orange juice, yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, and pancakes, cereals, and coffee 2 souvenir shops, a few cute and eateries in walking distance. We would come back and stay again when in area, mainly b/c of convenient location

We enjoyed our visit here. We brought our 2 children and had a balcony with a partial view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but small. We felt that it was a tight fit for us. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The location was excellent. We did not need to drive at all during our 3-day visit. We walked to restaurants, stores and the beach. The breakfast was simple and not so filling. The proximity to the beach was excellent. Although we were next to restaurants, the room was quiet.

Great Views, Clean Rooms, but Some Noise from Nearby Bar This hotel is located right on the water, and we opted for a room with the private balcony with beautiful oceanfront views. The property was very clean and well-kept. Parking is somewhat limited — there are a few spots under the hotel, but additional parking is available across the street behind a strip mall. There’s also a convenient loading/unloading spot right at the entrance. Breakfast is minimal, with prepackaged items like hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and bagels. We stayed in room 224 after the busy season when the weather was colder. The view was excellent, but the room is located next to a rooftop bar next door, so you can hear some noise when people are outside. The room came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few other personal items, which was a nice touch. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with unbeatable views—just be prepared for some occasional noise from the neighboring bar.

Great location on the strip and on the ocean. Rooms are nice but the walls are thin. We could hear the people beside of us talking and we could hear their tv. In the mornings their kids would be up at daylight and would wake us up

What a wonderful hotel! The staff was nice. It was clean, very “home felt” rooms. It was nice, I purchased an oceanfront room Friday-Sunday. I loved the no carpet feature. They provide a broom and dust pan for the floor. ( you’ll need it ) I had 3 kids and breakfast hours were longer than other hotels I’ve been to! House keeping was immaculate, very kind. So many stores and shops to visit right across the road! It was a safe environment, I felt safe walking alone with my three kids, and just enjoying it! The only thing I wish I thought of was trash bags. The tiny trash cans didn’t do much justice with the accumulated trash. Beach access was easy and quick under 5 minutes. It was the best weekend of the year.
